Why It Only Exists Here
The Discount Belongs to the Owner — Not a Platform
The 20% all-inclusive discount is an owner privilege at Villa La Estancia. It can only be extended to guests who book Villa #3301 direct. Rent the same resort through an agency, Airbnb or VRBO and you pay the full resort rate — plus 10–20% in platform fees on the villa itself. Book direct and both of those disappear.
