- Insider Tip: Arrive before 10:00 AM. This is when the snorkel catamarans from the marina arrive. If you get there early, you’ll have the entire bay to yourself for a peaceful morning swim.
- Facilities: There are basic restrooms and showers, but no vendors. Pack a cooler from your Hermosa Vista kitchen with snacks and cold drinks.
2. Playa Chileno: The Crystal Clear Haven
Just a few minutes past Santa Maria lies Chileno Beach. It has earned the prestigious "Blue Flag" certification for its cleanliness and water quality.

- How to get there: Take a water taxi from the beach right in front of Villa La Estancia. Ask the captain to drop you off and agree on a time for them to return and pick you up.
- Important Safety Note: Never, ever swim on the Divorce Beach side. The Pacific swells and rogue waves are extremely dangerous. Stick to the calm waters of Lover’s Beach for dipping your toes.
